Everyone from the Delphi community has a stake in the commercial district and its future. Whether you are a private citizen, merchant, property owner, industry, or local government official, you benefit from a healthy local economy and from a historic city core that reflects Delphi's heritage and ideals. 

You can make a difference in Delphi by volunteering. We have ongoing and occasional opportunities, which include serving on one of our four standing committees:

• Promotion - Market Delphi's commercial district; plan and promote events.
• Design - Enhance the physical appearance of Delphi's commerical district by administering facade improvement grants and creating attractive streetscapes.
• Economic Restructuring - Strengthen and enhance the district's economic base through research, strategy and implementation.
• Membership Development - Build consensus and cooperation among the many groups and individuals in the public and private sector to participate in the revitalization process.
